A Natural Haven by the Seaside: Andrade 65 Apartment
Nestled amidst the lushness of the forest and the serenity of the sea, the Andrade 65 apartment incorporates nature into every detail, from the macro scale down to the subtlest elements. The interior design project is an ode to the harmony between Itajaí's natural environment and the concept of contemporary living.
Upon entering this unique space, we are greeted by an entrance hall that unfolds into an invitation to contemplation, with linear benches and carefully arranged vegetation, creating an atmosphere of warmth and tranquility.
The living and dining area, seamlessly integrated with the kitchen, merges fluidly with the sculpted balcony of the Infinitá Treehouse architecture, providing a seamless connection with the outdoors. Here, a private club with a gourmet kitchen and lounge invites moments of conviviality while contemplating the view through the glass walls that open up to the river and the sea.
At the heart of the apartment, a service/support area is meticulously designed to ensure practicality, functionality, and privacy.
The social areas reflect the urban landscape, with breathtaking views of the Itajaí Marina, while the intimate spaces turn towards the lushness of the Atlantic Forest, providing two distinct experiences of the natural surroundings.
Exploring the intimate area, we encounter a strategically positioned home office, connecting the various spaces of the apartment. With three carefully designed suites, the master suite stands out with a dedicated closet and panoramic views of the forest.
The furniture has been meticulously selected to offer fluid and adaptable layouts, reflecting different uses and dynamics. In terms of the apartment's materials, elements from this lush environment were taken into consideration, with a highlight on mineral materiality, natural textures, and the presence of greenery in the landscaping. While the stone flooring in the social area evokes the sensation of open spaces in nature, wood brings warmth and coziness to the environment. Additionally, the interior design project includes signature pieces signed by renowned contemporary Brazilian design studios.
The Andrade 65 Apartment is more than just a simple residence; it is a sanctuary where the encounter between nature and living manifests in every detail, creating a unique experience of connection with the surrounding environment.
