In the midst of the urban fabric of São Paulo, three unique towers designed by Architects Office SP stand out, demonstrating a new way of living in continuous dialogue with the city's vibrant surroundings.
Combining concept and technique, the residential complex is designed through cut-out shells, permeated by vegetation, exclusive and collective leisure spaces, bringing the plurality of creation.
Unique, the project articulates sustainability by overflowing programmatic and financial solutions, redefining ways of living.
This is how Invert Campo Belo is revealed.
INVERT | Architecture
Designed by ARCHITECTS OFFICE SP, Invert Campo Belo presents a proposal for a residential complex with an active façade that combines concept and technique, highlighting the singularities of each unit marked by urban kindness.
The project for Gafisa includes an extensive program of needs, with three towers, collective common areas, exclusive leisure spaces and retail on the ground floor. The active façade was designed to interact with the surrounding urban space and reduce the perception of the uneven terrain, allowing for a common foundation for the complex. Above the shops, the collective leisure areas were positioned as an urban oasis, which is created by the strong presence of vegetation, which embraces all the units, scaling the dynamic grid designed for the façades, which are not repeated, and have materials and colors that highlight the unique poetic nature of each tower.
Also on the façades, cutouts that demarcate the volumes and soften the density of the buildings, showing themselves as an opportunity to bring in special housing and add more common areas to each unit, depressurizing the use of the common areas on the ground floor.
The creative commitment and technical responsibility bring diversified housing typologies, to encompass the various needs and lifestyles of the residents, with it being possible to find in unit I, 60m² apartments, 35m² studios, duplexes and garden apartments, on the first floor and in the cutouts of the tower. In unit II, only 90m² duplex and garden apartments were made available, and finally, in the non-residential unit, 30m² studios were designed.
The development also features sustainable solutions such as a construction waste management and recycling program, a solar system for the residential towers and accessibility, marked by the democratization of uses and access.
Therefore, promoting well-being, harmony between the built and natural environment and unique solutions, from concept to execution, were essential premises in the design, demonstrated by the arrangement of the towers on the site, spaced apart from each other to provide more privacy, by the diversity of typologies and, finally, by the insertion of the complex into the urban fabric, bringing the experience of interactivity and dynamism to residents with the public promenade and its diversity.
INVERT | Interiors
The interior design of Invert Campo Belo, also designed by Greg Bousquet TRIPTYQUE, is inspired by the straight angles and neutrality of the materials proposed in the architecture to create an exquisite contrast with organic shapes and textures, and vibrant color accents.
Amidst tree-lined avenues that connect the ground floors of the three towers in generous squares, the building's common areas are an extension of the city and reveal a unique experience with collective leisure spaces such as a party room, coworking space, minimarket and playground. The volume of these spaces is revealed through transparency, integrating the internal and external areas.
To give dynamism to the programmatic scope on the ground floor, graphics on a macro scale are used, with fluid designs of Portuguese stone flooring, which delimit different areas alongside the natural environment, present through the landscaping.
The dialectic of architectural creation and interior design lies in the meeting of angular and curvilinear, ethereal and organic, neutral and colorful elements present in the coverings, finishes and furniture curation, promoting refinement and sophistication in the environments. Thus, timeless materials such as wood, concrete, glass and stone create the intentional porosity of the built and the natural.
And in the link between creation on a detailed scale, the essentiality of well-being in living is evoked, enabling the plurality of uses and the encounter between people.
INVERT | Sales stand
Conceiving an immersion in Invert Campo Belo, the Greg Bousquet Triptyque agency lists signs of architecture and interior design to design the sales stand, evoking what is most unique about the development.
The space with rounded volumes brings 360 porosity to the surroundings by being covered in glass. And on its perimeter, overhead lighting demarcates the meeting point between the built and the natural, evoking the ethereal with light and shadow.
Different internal areas are built with slatted wood, a noble and warm material in contrast to the concrete
