The complex called “O Parque” is the result of an extensive and challenging mixed-use project on a 25,000 square meter plot of land in Brooklin (SP), with the strong purpose of becoming a building with a positive impact on the region, naturally becoming a reference for the entire city.

The great challenge presented was to appropriate a large, uneven plot of land and adapt it to the heterogeneous needs of the project, covering approximately 180 thousand square meters.

We focused on Gamaro’s proposal and worked to make a sustainable, complete and unprecedented project with 7 multiple towers viable. Thus, providing a unique living experience, integrated with the city and multiple services.

The creation sought to enhance the region with a complete structure for residential, commercial and corporate use, with leisure facilities distributed among the towers and permeated by the vegetation characteristic of our Atlantic Forest, transforming a private plot of land into a park for public use.

The foundation is built on 6 floors, in order to overcome a 7-meter drop in the terrain with a unique design. And as the great protagonist of the union of these premises, it allows the creation of a large park, which cuts through the terrain and its slope, creating a gap in the urban fabric, provoking an interaction between pedestrians and nature and, ultimately, with the development itself. With multiple accesses for different uses, the ground floor also has an artificial lake, partially underground, amidst the implantation of native Atlantic Forest vegetation.

Here, the implementation dispels the dichotomy between public and private, aiming to revitalize the region with interventions that include a road system, public transportation, social housing and the creation of public spaces for leisure and sports.

Welcoming and providing comfort through the human scale was also a challenge, given the complexity of the project's structures. And with natural materials, shapes, paths, meeting areas and others, the delicacy of the details is present on the scale of the being and the eyes.

This creates the region's dynamics, taking into account current legislation with areas for exchange, stay and purchase in a unique design that corresponds to contemporary desires for living and habitation.
