Located in Mato Grosso, the masterplan seeks to understand and engage with the cycles of nature, intertwining geological, hydrological, and biological aspects. The essence of this transformation lies in understanding the multiple timelines present in this territory, respecting and enhancing the existing natural elements.

Designed for mixed-use with a focus on horizontal residential development, the masterplan is developed in a delicate context, within the Amazon Biome and in an area of urban expansion where protected environmental areas coexist with challenges such as the advance of deforestation. The project thus aims to regenerate the natural balance, contributing to a future where urbanization and nature walk hand in hand.
