In Vila Nova Conceição - SP, the project signed by ARCHITECTS OFFICE envisions a residential building with 3,009m² of constructed area, which captures a contemporary view of the ongoing transformations in the region, offering a tranquil and secure refuge amidst the urban chaos of São Paulo. Located in a well-wooded and quiet section of Av. Hélio Pellegrino, an area with wider sidewalks and green beds, the inspiration for the project opens up to the city and interprets these wellness codes in architecture.

With access via Avenida Hélio Pellegrino, in an area complemented by public infrastructure, commerce, leisure, and housing, surrounded by parks, green areas, and squares, the architectural creation stimulates the potential of the region's identity and dynamics. Tangible and intangible data were analyzed, such as sunlight, topography, current legislation, local culture, and especially urban transformations in Vila Nova Conceição - highlighting the emergence of a mix of commerce, leisure, and housing in a safe and welcoming environment.

The project features a concrete structure, with 69.61% of private areas having accessible terraces around the perimeter of the units, strategically designed slabs to prioritize views of the denser green area and accommodate planters. The building's volume presents a self-supporting grid, highlighting solids and voids with the presence of vegetation.

The same aesthetic and structural treatment is adopted on the ground floor, integrating the implementation of the active facade. This design choice aligns with the neighborhood's demands for mixed uses, with a diversity of activities connected to the urban network and, in this case, its permeable green areas. Two volumes were proposed with distinct entrances, providing access to the loft and, separately, to workspaces/commercial rooms.

In pursuit of understanding and translating the contemporary way of living, the building comprises eight units - Loft - garden - five typical floors - one duplex - each with architectural uniqueness. On the mezzanine, a large terrace provides a swimming pool. On the first floor, the garden features two generous terraces, one uncovered and another with a pergola, offering different landscape views. The five typical floors have a single terrace. The lower and upper duplex with covered and uncovered terraces present another project typology, crowning the top of the building with uniqueness.

On a micro scale, the layouts are designed to maximize well-being and create an elevated home experience, from possible plan adaptations, the choice of materials like wood ceilings, fiberglass planters, to a neutral color palette.

On a macro scale, the active facade project expands the positive impacts of its conception by boosting the area's potential, revealing the emergence of a slow, attractive, and sensory stroll, with landscape design by Cardim Paisagismo.

The project signed by ARCHITECTS OFFICE in partnership with Canvas and RFM materializes a landmark residential project in the region, with diverse typologies surrounded by vegetated perimeter terraces, offering the elevated home experience with design quality.
