The Infinitá Treehouse embodies the perfect symbiosis between architecture and nature. Here, the forest and concrete meet and intertwine, revealing the truth of materials and creating an environment where nature embraces architecture.

The Infinitá Treehouse project, located in Itajaí, envisages the facade of the existing architecture as a support for the local nature. Biodiversity ascends as a constituent part of the built environment. And under the gaze, the marina and the sea sketch the infinite horizon and penetrate, forming meanders on the facade. The primary element comes to life in the built environment.

Through a thorough analysis of the existing building, the concept of living in the Infinitá Treehouse emerges. The facade project, signed by AO, was conceived as an extension of the natural environment, harmoniously dialoguing with the surrounding elements, such as the Marina, one of the largest in Brazil, the forest, and the sea ahead. These same symbols were appropriated for the facade architecture: expanding the slabs for greater livability, adding planters, and a secondary structure in a metal grid, demarcating the openings.

The covered terraces surround the perimeter of the apartments, in a "u" shape, allowing for expansive views, framed by planters that alternate in height dynamically. Facing the Itajaí Marina, the balcony gains depth to accommodate the pool, with a unique cutout recessed in the slab, next to the living area. Here, the poetics of architecture are unique, as the sea enters every home, extending across the horizon. Its shape, also unique, evokes origami. By applying it to the concrete slabs to constitute the pool, it brings lightness and organicity, intrinsically connected to the concept of this development.

The glass facades maintain visibility between interior and exterior and reinforce the main actors of the project: the forest, the Itajaí Marina, and the seawater. This symbiosis brings the Infinitá Treehouse to life.
